About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding sales position that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and execute territory strategies to win account opportunities and achieve overall sales targets.
- Work closely with regional sales leaders to plan and execute sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or capital equipment sales.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
- Ability to manage complex sales processes and negotiate contracts.
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $130,000 to $160,000, depending on experience and performance. Benefits include competitive base salary, bonuses, commissions, monthly car and home office allowance, benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with matching, unlimited PTO, and excellent work culture.
