Job Title: Administrative Healthcare Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Healthcare Specialist to join our team at USGP. The ideal candidate will have expertise in medical office administration, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet patients/visitors and manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and taking messages.
  2. Arrange appointments, determine patient eligibility, and provide instructions or make referrals as necessary.
  3. Obtain updates, file medical records, and maintain accurate and complete patient files.
  4. Perform administrative tasks, such as creating appointment schedules and conducting end-of-day processes.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Red Cross/American Heart Association
  • At least 1 year of medical office experience
  • 50 WPM typing speed (typing test certificate required)

Benefits: Our team enjoys a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
