Customer Service Representative, PRS

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Chubb. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide superior customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Analyze customer information and make informed decisions to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Chubb's products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards for customer service and support
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or currently pursuing a degree in a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service or related role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in computer skills and software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
