Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at G2 Startup Advisors, you will spearhead a dynamic team of engineers and designers, guiding the transition of concepts into tangible products. Collaborating closely with Growth and Marketing teams, you will engage target users and enhance their experiences with our offerings. You will take ownership of the product roadmap for key lines such as our Inbox, Messenger, and Copilot, ensuring satisfaction across diverse customer segments, including Managed Service Providers and their end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize the roadmap for specific teams and product lines.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept evaluation to the creation of go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct product discovery activities, including user interviews, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to produce comprehensive product documentation, refine prototypes, and facilitate effective delivery.
  • Support growth and marketing initiatives to ensure successful communication and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management within the SaaS or consumer software sectors, with a proven track record of bringing products from ideation to market.
  • Experience in a startup or rapidly growing technology environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in a remote-first setting.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the capacity to guide small teams of engineers, designers, and other contributors towards shared objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A history of developing customer-centric products that prioritize design and user experience.
  • A willingness to adopt unconventional problem-solving methods and embrace the learning opportunities that come with failure.
  • Comfort in fast-paced environments that emphasize rapid delivery of user experiences.
