About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Surgical Dietitian Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at UT Southwestern Medical Center. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the nutritional needs of patients preparing for surgery and developing evidence-based recommendations to optimize their outcomes.

To succeed in this position, you will need a deep understanding of medical nutrition therapy, with a focus on pre-surgical care. A strong educational background in dietetics, combined with certified status as a Registered Dietitian and licensure in the state of Texas, is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities
