Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
Working Conditions

The Warehouse Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods is required.
