Salary
This position starts at $14.60 per hour during training, then increases to $23-$25 hourly upon completing the training program. Salaries may vary depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description
Your primary responsibility as a Registered Behavior Technician will involve delivering tailored behavioral interventions to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Collaborate with experienced professionals to implement personalized treatment plans, focusing on essential skills development, safety, and social interactions. Key tasks include:
  1. Developing and maintaining detailed client records
  2. Reporting progress to supervisors
  3. Maintaining effective communication with clients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements and Expectations
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid authorization to work in the United States
  • CPR or BLS certification within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and prioritize client confidentiality
