About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trust Regional Sales Manager Senior to join our team at First Horizon Bank. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex trusts, estate accounts, and sales efforts while generating income through effective control and administration of assigned duties within the geographical region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage independently a significant client portfolio for the bank, expanding existing client relationships and developing new ones to generate incremental revenue.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of bank's lending policies and regulatory requirements to provide consultative advice to clients.
  • Participate in trade associations to promote the bank and enhance knowledge, providing mentoring and training to other bank associates.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
