The Opportunity
NavVis, recognized as one of Germany's leading startups, is on the lookout for motivated and ambitious Business Development Specialists. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth within our expanding teams located in the US, particularly focusing on the Southeast Region (VA, WV, NC, SC, GA, FL).

In this esteemed position, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales leaders, gaining invaluable insights and skills through comprehensive onboarding and continuous professional development. As a member of the Business Development team, you will specialize in engaging with our NavVis Reality Capture target personas, excelling in both inbound and outbound qualification, prospecting, and identifying potential clients. Your ability to uncover client challenges and ignite interest will be crucial in managing a comprehensive sales strategy.

Your Impact
In this role, you will:

  • Initiate the sales process by crafting a persona-driven strategy tailored to your region's unique characteristics.
  • Achieve revenue targets by converting inbound leads and generating new opportunities through targeted prospecting.
  • Communicate value effectively and navigate sales objections with confidence.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute strategic campaigns.
  • Maintain open communication with account executives to manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Utilize our sales toolkit to enhance your outreach efforts.

Qualifications for Success
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development within a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Creative thinking and innovative ideas to enhance outreach initiatives.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and listening skills.
  • A strong drive to engage and network through various channels.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple requests while meeting regional objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and effective process management capabilities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Authorization to work in the US.
  • A preference for candidates located in Florida or those willing to work in a hybrid setup.
  • A genuine passion for our technology.
