Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional service to both existing and prospective customers through various communication methods.
  • Collaborating with the Branch Manager to coordinate service schedules effectively.
  • Closing sales through inbound and outbound communications.
  • Timely collection of payments on overdue accounts while managing customer balances.
  • Handling cash and credit transactions and performing account reconciliations.
  • Managing branch correspondence, including mail retrieval and dispatch.
  • Executing daily deposit tasks.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports while adhering to deadlines.
  • Overseeing the inventory of office supplies and ensuring compliance with ordering protocols.
  • Accurately processing vendor invoices for payment.
  • Assisting customers with cylinder fills, requiring the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

  • Availability to work Saturdays during peak season to support branch operations.
