Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional service to both existing and prospective customers through various communication methods.
- Collaborating with the Branch Manager to coordinate service schedules effectively.
- Closing sales through inbound and outbound communications.
- Timely collection of payments on overdue accounts while managing customer balances.
- Handling cash and credit transactions and performing account reconciliations.
- Managing branch correspondence, including mail retrieval and dispatch.
- Executing daily deposit tasks.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports while adhering to deadlines.
- Overseeing the inventory of office supplies and ensuring compliance with ordering protocols.
- Accurately processing vendor invoices for payment.
- Assisting customers with cylinder fills, requiring the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Willingness to travel within the regional area as necessary.
- Availability to work Saturdays during peak season to support branch operations.
- Implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and drive business growth.
