Dedicated Diesel Technician for Truck Fleet Operations

Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $32.50 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and growth within the company. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive certification bonuses of up to $700 for each new ASE certification obtained, quarterly bonuses of up to $500, and a sign-on bonus of $3000 at 30 days and $3000 at 90 days.
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled diesel mechanic to work on our heavy-duty vehicles. As a master level technician, you will be responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. You will also be expected to work independently and collaboratively with other technicians to ensure that all vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, vocational or technical certification, and four (4) years or more of relevant work experience. You should also possess basic tools, a valid commercial driver license (CDL), and all required certifications. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work shift work/weekends, and be available for on-call duty as required.
