Job Title: Travel Echo Technologist

Focus Staff is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Travel Echo Technologist to join our team. As a Travel Echo Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals, utilizing your expertise in echocardiography to provide high-quality diagnostic services.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel Echo Technologist to work in our Twin Falls, ID location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in echocardiography, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic ultrasound examinations using echocardiography equipment
  • Interpret and report examination results to healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding echocardiography procedures and results
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient examinations and results
Requirements:
  • Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiologic/Ultrasound Technology program
  • National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or equivalent
  • State licensure (if applicable)
  • Advanced certification in echocardiography (if applicable)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in echocardiography
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
