Cardiac Sonographer PRN

The Cardiac Sonographer is a vital member of the Cardiopulmonary team at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team in providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform accurate and coordinated procedures in the Echocardiology Department, including Echocardiograms, vascular work, transesophageal echo, pacemaker analysis, and exercise echo.
- Conduct two-dimensional ultrasonic recordings for the diagnosis of cardiac disease.
- Develop a working knowledge of stress testing and its application in the Echocardiology department.
- Participate in Performance Improvement (PI) activities.
- Assist with stress testing and other non-invasive cardio diagnostic testing.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, or Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer, or Registered Vascular Technician (RVT), or Registered Vascular Specialist.
- Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or Ultrasonographer.
