Job Title: Senior Statistical Programming Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistical Programming Lead to join our team at J&J Family of Companies. As a key member of our Integrated Data Analytics and Reporting (IDAR) team, you will be responsible for leading statistical programming activities and providing technical guidance to programming teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead statistical programming activities for one or more clinical projects, ensuring quality and on-time deliverables in compliance with departmental processes and procedures.
  • Develop detailed programming strategies, specifications, and plans for clinical projects, and act as a section lead for programming activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, and oversee statistical programming activities outsourced to third-party vendors.
  • Design and develop programs in support of complex clinical data analysis and reporting activities, and apply technical and analytical expertise to develop and implement solutions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, data science/analytics, public health, or a relevant scientific field.
  • At least 6 years of programming experience with increasing responsibility, preferably in a pharmaceutical/clinical trial environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAS, and knowledge of relevant statistical programming languages, including R and Python.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating programming activities, leading project teams, and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
