Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions for national security projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize engineering requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field
  • Experience with tactical data links, computer repair, computer networking, or tactical communication
  • Experience supervising, coordinating, planning, and managing the operations and integration of joint multi-tactical data link architectures
  • Experience as an Army Interface Control Officer or Joint Interface Control Officer
  • Experience with AFATDS, CPCE, ATAK, and Army Mission Command Systems
  • Ability to advise clients on joint TDL implementation, employment, capabilities, and integration for all Army mission command systems
  • Ability to integrate, develop, experiment, and test various Army Air Defense mission command solutions
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with the Joint Fires Network, Cooperative Engagement Capability, and Common Aviation Command and Control System
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD).
