Consumer Operations Specialist

As a key member of the Consumer, Product, Brand & Marketplace Operations (CPBM) team, you will play a critical role in driving data and digital capabilities, process and continuous improvement, and excellence in business operations.
With a focus on simplification, you will work on projects that aim to improve accountability and consistency of process, tools, results, and communication across entire functions.
You will have a close connection to process & partners across multiple business units, product engines, and functions, and will work in ambiguous, highly collaborative environments.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying business use cases in Product Merchandising and demonstrating the feasibility of using Chata AI to quickly and accurately answer business questions.
- Integrating business reporting and data into the decision-making process and improving the way we are capturing and flagging information to better align to business goals.
- Defining processes and tools for Apparel and Footwear teams to use for color briefing, taking into account upstream and downstream processes, seasonal overlap, and color design capacity.
