Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and achieve optimal physical function.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and their families. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their physical abilities and limitations
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Provide education to patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises
  • Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
