Job Title: Physical Therapist - Bridgeview, IL

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health in Bridgeview, IL. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy, to improve patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois or Wisconsin.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
