SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

FCX Systems Inc. is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that contribute to our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and deliver pricing proposals in response to customer inquiries, and create sales orders upon receiving purchase orders.
  • Accurately document and maintain records of all cost calculations used in quote preparation.
  • Prepare and submit product documentation for customer evaluation and approval.
  • Engage with customers to provide information on products, warranties, delivery timelines, and product returns.
  • Collaborate with Logistics and Production teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, availability, and credit conditions.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale or contract finalization to address any issues and provide ongoing assistance.
  • Offer administrative support to the Director of Executive Sales and the Executive Sales team.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams, both in writing and verbally. A basic understanding of computer systems, fax machines, and telecommunication devices is essential. Additional qualifications include the ability to manage multiple tasks, perform calculations, interpret various financial metrics such as discounts and payment terms, and create routine reports and correspondence for internal and external communications. A collaborative mindset is crucial for success in this role.
