Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Terminal Coordinator to join our team at Employment Process Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering HR support duties, documentation management, and administrative assistance to our Terminal Manager and Team Leads.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR support/documentation management and administrative roles within Logistics, Warehouse, or Terminal Operations. They will be able to maintain employee records/documents, assist in creating/managing employee schedules, and provide administrative liaison between the terminal and corporate offices.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires the ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends. The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license and a good driving record, as well as proficiency in MS Office.

About the Job

As a Terminal Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining employee records/documents, including paid time off records and assisting with time-off requests
  • Scheduling/documenting/maintaining medical records, health/safety/hazmat trainings, and EPA/OSHA documentation
  • Recording/documenting equipment maintenance repairs/activity records and capital equipment data management
  • Keeping standard operating procedures up to date and providing administrative liaison between the terminal and corporate offices
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A diploma (Associate/Bachelor degree a plus) in a relevant field
  • Experience in HR support/documentation management administrative roles within Logistics, Warehouse, or Terminal Operations
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Proficiency in MS Office
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $23-$25 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive paid benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) match.
