Patient Mobility Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Mobility Coordinator to join our team at LifeCare Medical Services, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of patients to medical appointments and treatments.
Your primary responsibilities will include operating the ambulette, assisting patients with mobility issues, and maintaining accurate records of patient transportation. You will also be responsible for conducting regular checks on the ambulette's condition, reporting any necessary repairs to the maintenance department, and ordering supplies as needed.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid state driver's license, current CPR certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
