Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on new and existing customer accounts.

  • Manage Complex Negotiations: Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level executives, managing complex negotiations to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Develop and Maintain a Relationship with a Select Group of Accounts: Build and maintain a relationship with a select group of accounts, ensuring the successful and broad adoption of our technology solutions and services.
  • Build and Grow Your Own Book of Business: Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, building and growing your own book of business from cold and warm prospects.
  • Meet and Exceed Daily Prospect Activity Calls: Meet and exceed daily prospect activity calls, ensuring consistent outbound dials to new and current customers.
  • Achieve 100% of Monthly Revenue Targets: Accurately forecast the business, achieving 100% of monthly revenue targets.
  • Document and Update Customer Records: Document and update customer records based on interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 Years' Quota Carrying Sales Experience: Proven track record of over-achieving quota in a sales role.
  • Experience and Working Knowledge of CRM Systems: Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to utilize them effectively.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and grow business.
  • Ability to Prioritize and Multitask: Ability to prioritize and multitask, with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent Computer Skills: Highly proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM software, Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.
