**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at CoreLife. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a critical role in creating an immersive and energetic environment that encourages patients to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized exercise plans to help patients reduce pain, improve daily functioning, and achieve their fitness goals.
  • Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions, focusing on corrective and functional exercise practices.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, registered dietitians, and behavioral health specialists to provide comprehensive care.
  • Identify and remove barriers to exercise, creating a positive and supportive environment for patients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
  • Certification in Personal Training from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Previous experience in group fitness instruction is a plus, but not required.
