Robotics Support Specialist

Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, is seeking a skilled Robotics Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our robotic work cells.
Key Responsibilities- Hardware and Software Support: Provide onsite support for software, controls, and hardware issues in robotic and automated equipment.
- Facilitate Daily Operations: Facilitate the daily operation of Alpha and Beta level work cells, ensuring efficient and effective production.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with remote hardware and software development teams, providing local coordination of activities as needed.
- Root Cause Analysis: Assist with identification of hardware issues and software bugs, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform planned daily, weekly, and monthly hardware preventative maintenance activities.
- Documentation and Updates: Provide documentation and updates as directed, including collecting data, data analysis, and creating reports.
