Maintenance Planner and Scheduler

As a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler at TreeHouse Foods, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our production equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective maintenance planning and scheduling strategies to minimize equipment downtime, reduce repair costs, and improve overall plant efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance plans, schedules, and work orders in SAP.
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
Ensure that all maintenance activities are properly documented, including work descriptions, time estimates, and proper codes.
Identify and order necessary parts and tools for maintenance activities.
Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completion status, downtime, and repair costs.
Develop and implement root cause analysis and corrective action plans to prevent equipment failures.
Provide training, guidance, and coaching to maintenance employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
2-year degree in a relevant technical field and/or 7+ years of relevant experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling principles, including Lean methods and processes.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and SAP PM & MM.
Familiarity with GMP/FDA regulations and guidelines.
