Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our partnerships with higher education institutions across Massachusetts. The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of strategic partnerships, ensuring the success of our programs and the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with higher education institutions to identify and promote internship and Fellowship opportunities for students.
  • Partner with recruitment teams and hiring managers to coordinate the recruitment, selection, and placement of Fellows and interns.
  • Manage and coordinate all higher education initiatives, including AI Cohort, Data Academic Partnership, Fellowship, and Summer Internship programs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of final deliverables, communicate regularly to key stakeholders, and conduct in-progress assessments of student success.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure partnership activities are within budget.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership development, program management, or related roles.
  • In-depth understanding of partnership development and management within higher education.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technologies and IT areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data, and Cybersecurity.
  • Ability to serve as the primary technical lead and liaison between the organization and higher education partners.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at fostering and maintaining effective collaboration, trust, teamwork, and respect.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Understanding of budget and financial management.
  • Extensive experience in the technology sector with a strong understanding of industry trends and terminology.
