Job Overview

The Senior IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the help desk and system administration functions within Elyon International, Inc. This role requires a strong understanding of server and workstation technologies, as well as excellent leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent system administration practices.
  • Provide expert-level support for server and workstation issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of help desk and system administration professionals.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to ensure the alignment of system administration activities with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience with both servers and workstations.
  • Proven experience leading in a large, complex help desk/system administration function.
  • Baseline and Computing Environment Certifications as specified in the Army Training and Certification Tracking Systems (ATCTS).
