Job Title: Sewing Machine Maintenance and Repair Technician/Sales Associate

Express Employment is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Maintenance and Repair Technician and Sales Associate to join the team in Bend, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sewing Machine Maintenance and Repair: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on sewing machines. Address and resolve mechanical issues with precision and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their repair needs, provide expert advice, and ensure their satisfaction. Communicate clearly and professionally to address any concerns or questions.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers in selecting sewing machines and related products as needed. Provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working condition. Contribute to a tidy and welcoming store environment.
