Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Mountain Studio retail location in Bend, Oregon. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional brand experience to customers, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting a dynamic and cohesive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store aesthetic through routine cleaning, mannequin changes, and organizing displays.
  • Inventory Management: Receive inventory shipments, restock inventory on the sales floor, and maintain an organized back-stock.
  • Operational Duties: Answer phones, fulfill customer service shipments, and perform other operational tasks as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide knowledgeable and up-to-date details of Stio products, sales, and pricing to customers.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Utilize the Point of Sale system to accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including payments, refunds, exchanges, and gift cards.
  • Event Support: Support in-store and off-site events as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience: Retail and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays required. Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive space for every person who enters the Mountain Studio.
  • Computer Proficiency: Computer proficiency and POS experience required.
