About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Administrator to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Springfield, Oregon.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple Lane County Aid and Assist programs simultaneously, overseeing program success within assigned regions, supervising Residential Administrators, and documenting supervision activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, program planning, and budgeting, as well as experience in supervising program staff and personnel management.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience managing multiple facilities and/or programs at once.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple Lane County Aid and Assist programs simultaneously
  • Oversee program success within assigned regions
  • Supervise Residential Administrators
  • Document supervision activities
  • Develop and implement program plans and budgets
  • Supervise program staff and personnel management
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Three years of management experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
