The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple programs simultaneously, overseeing program success within assigned regions, and supervising Residential Administrators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple programs and services, ensuring effective delivery and quality outcomes
  • Supervise Residential Administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure program success
  • Document supervision activities and maintain accurate records
  • Temporarily step into a Residential Administrator role in cases of vacancy or leave of absence
  • Maintain professional confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Three years of management experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record

  • Competitive salary range: $7,000 - $8,333.33 per month
  • Additional 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates
