Responsibilities:- Conduct home visits to assess and treat clients with physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve clients' mobility, strength, and function
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and training to clients and their families on proper care and safety techniques
- Current Maryland Physical Therapist license
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
