Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Test Equipment Engineering Directorate. As a key member of our multidiscipline team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating Raytheon test products. Your expertise in electrical engineering design, analysis, and test will be essential in delivering high-quality test solutions for our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, and technical drawings
  • Contribute to the completion of all stages of test product development, including technical, cost, and schedule management
  • Act as a technical leader in a multidiscipline team environment, providing guidance and support to team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate test solutions with advanced engineering systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, circuit designs, and analysis reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and five (5) years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree and three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
  • Experience with electrical engineering design, analysis, and test, including troubleshooting, circuit design, and test equipment operation
  • Proficiency in commonly used electrical engineering design and analysis tools, including Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, and Creo Schematic
  • Experience with test equipment, including oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master of Science degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Ability to provide technical leadership in a multidiscipline team environment
  • Experience performing analog, digital, and/or RF design
  • Experience designing, testing, and integrating digital, mixed signal, and electrical system interconnect
  • Self-starter and able to manage workload to meet assigned deadlines
