Job Opportunity

We are currently hiring Direct Care Staff for our Adult Residential Facility in the Ventura County/Oxnard area. In this role, you will provide support to individuals with disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with disabilities
  • Engage in daily living activities and support personal growth
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements
  • DSP 1 & 2 Certifications (Preferred)
  • Must Clear Live-Scan Background Check
  • CPR/First Aid/AED Certification is a plus (Training available if not certified)
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
