Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and care to help them achieve their goals and live independently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and nutrition
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting and exercise
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals and their families
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
