Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to K-12 students in the Newark, NY area. This role requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify communication challenges, create personalized treatment plans, and implement IEP goals.
- Deliver direct therapy and consultation services to support student success, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and state guidelines.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid NYSLP license and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $115,000 per annum, based on experience.
