Nurse-Family Partnership Program

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to provide comprehensive nursing services to women and their families.

As a dedicated maternal health specialist, you will play a vital role in the Nurse-Family Partnership program. Your responsibilities will include performing home-visit nursing and parent-infant support services during pregnancy and the first two years of an infant's life for first-time mothers.

Your visitation services will involve administering parent support and assessment measures, promoting parent strengths and self-sufficiency, and promoting child health and development.

You will receive professional development in the NFP model and NCAST training to ensure you remain up-to-date with the latest best practices in maternal and child health.

To maintain the highest standards in clinical nursing practice, you will adhere to the NFP model, policies, and guidelines.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1 year experience in maternal/child health, home visitation, or public health

• Valid NJ Registered Nurse license

• Bachelor's degree in nursing

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
