Pediatric Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at Family Health Centers of San Diego. As a member of our multidisciplinary pediatric care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families in our community.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients referred to physical therapy, including those with childhood obesity and early intervention needs.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with patients, parents, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting healthy habits and lifestyle changes.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document patient progress and outcomes, maintaining accurate and thorough records.
- California State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Current American Heart Association healthcare provider CPR (BLS) certification.
- At least 2 years' experience as a Physical Therapist, with pediatric-specific experience preferred.
