Job Description

Miguel's Jr. - 19 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including AGM, Shift Supervisors, and restaurant team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Monitor and maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with upper management to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
  • Ability to speak and read English (second language is a plus).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external customers required.
  • Great problem-solving and priority-setting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to lift up to 30-80 pounds.
