As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of two apartment complexes, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a safe and well-maintained living environment.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the responsibilities of two complexes, including rental and showing of units, certification and re-certification of tenants, and service of notices
* Maintain posted office hours and perform all routine office functions and communications
* Purchase necessary supplies and materials
* Collect rents and maintain accurate records
* Attend training seminars and stay up-to-date on industry best practices
* Conduct move-in/move-out and interim inspections
* Maintain daily grounds pickup and ensure a good general appearance
* Monitor and maintain common areas, including lawns, laundry rooms, and minor maintenance
* Snow removal of sidewalks

Requirements:

* Strong indirect experience required
* Strong computer aptitude
* Prior property management experience a plus
* Detailed oriented and ability to work accurately with numbers
* Dependability and reliability in carrying out instructions and discharging responsibilities
* Adaptability and ability to modify behavior and approach to reach a goal
