  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and management to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop crew members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the proper use of company equipment and vehicles.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team and supervising staff.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: IICRC and IAQA certifications preferred.
