Job Title: Fundraising Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Program Manager to join our team. As a Fundraising Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of direct mail, telemarketing, and e-fundraising campaigns, from copywriting and design to production and list management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of direct mail, telemarketing, and e-fundraising campaigns
  • Collaborate with senior team members on program strategy, budgets, creative direction, and overall campaign development
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients
  • Manage and update budgets, costs, and reports for fundraising projects
  • Analyze response data and write final campaign reports
  • Draft client reports and presentations
Requirements:
  • At least three (3) years of experience in direct response non-profit fundraising
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office programs like Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Proven track record of juggling multiple projects and deadlines with ease
  • Strong desire to learn and the wisdom to know when to ask for help
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to take ownership of tasks with minimal oversight
  • Resourcefulness and a creative mindset
  • Top-notch teamwork and collaboration with clients, partners, and peers
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking
  • A cool head under pressure in a busy, agency environment
  • Ability to bring positivity and a lens of inclusivity to all interactions with colleagues
