**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized paralegal to join our law office. As a key member of our team, you will support our attorneys with document review and management, drafting legal documents, and conducting research.

This is a full-time position requiring excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. You must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer functions, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be around **$65,000 per year**, based on industry standards and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Document review and management
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Utilizing Microsoft Word for creating and editing legal documents
  • Collaborating with attorneys on various projects
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a related role
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer functions
