Join our team as a Household Relocation Specialist at 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Western Montana. This exciting opportunity involves assisting drivers with route preparation, navigation, and the loading/unloading of household items at customer sites and storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Navigate drivers to designated locations, ensuring safe passage through challenging terrain.
  2. Contact customers to inform them of estimated arrival times.
  3. Maintain organized dock areas, adhering to 5S principles.
  4. Loading and unloading items with care, guaranteeing their safety and integrity.
  5. Collaborate with drivers to assemble items at customer locations, if needed.
  6. Communicate with the office regarding PO/PB results and report any rejected merchandise to dock supervisors.
  7. Fulfill responsibilities as a driver when necessary, provided the individual holds the relevant license.
Expected Qualifications
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
  • Possess the ability to obtain a Class C driver endorsement.
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective communication.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and climbing.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
