Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Support Specialist to provide overall behavioral supports to clients and staff.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide documentation of behavioral services.
  • Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training including behavioral supports, proactive strategies, triggers, staff interventions, replacement behaviors, etc.
  • Maintain systems for collecting objective data regarding client skills and needs.
  • Maintain system for collecting program-specific information including key data points.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • State certification as a BCBA or BCABA or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analyst, Psychology, Social Work, or Licensure as a counselor with coursework in human behavior and experience in developing behavioral treatment plans.
  • At least 2 years of experience providing behavioral supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
