Palliative Care Physician Leader

**About the Role**
Huntington Hospital Inc is seeking a skilled Palliative Care Physician to oversee a 16-year palliative care consult service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in palliative care and experience in managing a team of healthcare professionals.
**Responsibilities**
- Initial consults with patients and families
- Conduct patient/family conferences and follow-up on patients
- Rotating weekend coverage
**Requirements**
- BC/BE in Palliative Care with completion of Fellowship
- Professional confidence, ethical focus, and inclusive, collaborative management style
- Strong communication abilities, staff education, and knowledge of resources for advanced illness and end-of-life care
