About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with our scientific end-users to design, architect, and deliver highly impactful solutions to pharmaceutical and biotech customers. You will analyze their data environment, assist in the design and implementation of our solutions, and aid in integration with clients' data systems.

This is a customer-facing, customer-centric role that requires a deep understanding of data management and flow in one or more scientific domains. You will work with lab scientists and lab managers to translate and define scientific use cases, creating a data workflow to develop a solution using the Tetra Data Platform.

Responsibilities
  • Design and architect highly impactful solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech customers
  • Analyze data environments and assist in the design and implementation of solutions
  • Aid in integration with clients' data systems
  • Work with lab scientists and lab managers to translate and define scientific use cases
  • Create data workflows to develop solutions using the Tetra Data Platform
  • Work with the Product and Engineering teams to create product plans
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services to implement solutions
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with technical presales experience as a Solution Architect with a software engineering, cloud, web API, or Data Engineering background. Previous experience in Life Sciences R&D/IT or Informatics is highly valued. You should have a deep understanding of Life Sciences lab information systems and drug discovery, development, and manufacturing processes.

Excellent technical, business, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. You should be adept at handling multiple projects and competing resource allocation. We are looking for someone who is intellectually curious, with an unwavering drive to learn and know more every day.
