Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled RN - Long Term Acute Care to work in our Registered Nurse Night Unit. The ideal candidate will possess a current Pennsylvania license and at least 2 years of recent Long Term Acute Care US nursing experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Long Term Acute Care setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS (AHA Preferred) and/or Specialty Certifications
  • Active Nursing License per state
  • At least 2 years of total experience in your specialty
