Engine Assembly Specialist

Cleveland Brothers, the leading Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, is seeking a skilled Engine Assembly Specialist for an immediate opportunity.

This role offers a unique chance to join our team of service experts and be part of a team using the latest tooling for engine overhauls in the oil & gas industry.

**Position Summary:**

• Requires an in-depth understanding of assembly practices with a strong working knowledge of mechanical and electronic aptitudes
• Utilization of various tools provided in the work area to perform assembly duties
• Use of lifting devices and cranes to move components weighing more than 50 lbs
• Strict adherence to documented procedures in standard work
• Performing safe and defect-free assembly
• Application of principles of 5S, continuous improvement, and standard work to eliminate waste
• Maintenance of tools and work area cleanliness and orderliness
• Collaboration with team members
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

• Heavy equipment machine assembly experience
• Background in manufacturing with an emphasis on lean practices
• Experience working in a team environment
• Intermediate proficiency with Standard Operating Procedures or Standard Work
