Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Singing River Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient-centered care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote patient health and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Current unrestricted Mississippi State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Graduate from NLN School of Nursing.
- Minimum of one (1) year of inpatient clinical experience, preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
